Basically how long does it take to work and can you take it permenantly? The doctor l saw was very dismissive - "Oh, menopause - take this ... Next!" and l'm not sure what to expect, l've had 8 weeks worth and l still feel like l need the loo all the time - anyone else taken it for gyno/bladder issues and what were your experiences?
