To think internet providers should be held to account

Currently locked in to a years contract with plusnet.its a nightmare,constantly cutting out ,taking ages to restart.
Approximately 4 /5 times a day we loose internet connection for 10 mins...bloody frustrating when your in the middle of stuff.
Once your locked in to a contract they can give crap service and your stuck with it.
What’s better ,?.due for renewal soon ,thank goodness

Im with Sky and although they didn’t muck about with it during my contract I lost all service and all the troubleshooting things ended in saying call them. I did and was told I could pay for an egineer to come out... for over £100 oooor I could sign up for another 18 month contract and get one for free Hmm
My friend has issues with hers a lot and we are convinced it’s them messing with it as your locked in, her OH called us paranoid! Grin
So no real suggestions... other than when I am in my contract with sky it's never let me down but I’m still skeptical about it suddenly breaking when it finished...!
