To ask how to word this letter?

I'm giving notice at my job. I only work at the weekend and will be off on annual leave this weekend. If I give a weeks notice from today, I wont return to work.

All the templates suggest "my last day of work will be X date" but I don't think that sounds right as I wont actually be going back in?

I am.writing to give you my one weeks.notice so my last day of employment will be Xx May. I previously have annual leave booked on x day.

I hereby tender my resignation on (today's date). I am giving the required 1 weeks notice which includes previously granted annual leave on (the weekend's date).
