Looking for holiday recommendations about a 3h drive from Edinburgh. Relaxing, short walks, castles, etc.

Northumberland! Amazing walks, beaches, castles, stately homes, wildlife- it’s got it all! And doesn’t get crowded

Seahouses and bamburgh are lovely!

But that's probably a bit close to home is it?
