AIBU?
I had a free months Ancestry trial.
I cancelled it before it renewed as I did not want to pay £31 bloody quid a month for it.
I went into the app on Thursday night to look at something and thought it was offering me an additional 2 week trial but have somehow accidentally renewed my subscription and been charged £31 - which I can’t really afford - I cancelled it immediately and have contacted them and they said I have to contact iTunes - I have and they have said I don’t qualify for a refund - WTAF?
I know I have been a bit dim
Wise ones is there anything I can do?!
