Not sure if Im going mad or if there is a line?

Ive tested early, Im only 11dpo but I feel so exhausted all the time, keep gettings waves of nausea and my boobs are really sore that I thought Id give it a go. Ive got a very faint line on a Sainsburys PT but I dont know it its right or not?
