I watched a film about 2/3 years ago and loved it. It was awfully sad though. I can only remember bits of it so i know it’s a long shot but i’d love to know what it was and rewatch it.
Here goes: So a woman (i’ll call her A) gets diagnosed with cancer, and has to undergo chemotherapy. When she was on the chemo ward her husband was faffing around with the ice hat and she snapped at him. The woman next to her (I’ll call her B) then said something along the lines of ‘it’s tough for him too’. These women then became best friends and went to a certain restaurant together all the time. The B then passed away but left A letters that she later found and read.
That is all i can remember. I’m hoping that the power of Mumsnet will find it for me. I’ve googled it loads of times but can never find the correct film. Thank you in advance
