Bright Lights by Placebo
It pretty much reflects how my life went from puttering along nicely to utterly screwed up in the space of 2 weeks about 5 years ago and has never quite got back on track since. Still, the line, "A heart that hurts is a heart that works" has some sort of positive message I suppose

Dragging the Lake by Soul Asylum.
First line is "sent on a mission to find out just how much shit one man can take"

RubyWho · 28/04/2019 22:37

Aeroplane Over The Sea - Neutral Milk Hotel.

Especially the bridge bit “oh how I remember you, how I would push my fingers through, your mouth to make those muscles move...”
I think it about the slow decline of a loved one.
