To ask about Ryanair new baggage allowance

I have travelled with them quite a lot in the past, always allowed one small cabin bag. Just found out that's all changed. Now you're only allowed a small ruck sack type bag that can fit under the seat. Has anyone travelled recently with them. Just wondered how strictly enforced it is. Thanks in advance.

yes has been in force since before christmas. I think quite strictly, they want you to pay for the cabin baggage too.

I have flown with them every month since November and it has been enforced. I have flown from Leeds/Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.
The last trip I did was to Germany and I was non priority and I had a 35ltr rucksack and that was ok. Some body in the same queue had a cabin case a lot smaller than my bag but hot changed €25.
Other people may come on and say they had no problem but they have been checking on the flights I've been on.

It’s really small isn’t it, 40cm x20 x25, hardly big enough for a laptop even.

We've just flown with them. If you don't book priority plus then cabin bags won't be allowed on

Not really.
Me and my friends use it for a long weekend away ( Thursday until Monday night) I can get a weeks worth of stuffing. ( assuming I'm not skiing)

flew just a couple of days ago.
I had priority so had a small handbag backpack and a trolley case.
yes, airport crew went through the non priority queue to check for oversized bags and some where forced to check it in at the gate. but a normal backpack/handbag/trunki is fine

You have to pay for priority boarding (limited number per flight) or to check in a small or large case. It's the size of a large handbag basically that you get for free
