Is this normal to cough up **picture warning**

I've suddenly got a mucous cough and a headache and coughed this up today is this bacterial or anything?
So so sorry about the picture :/

I think that's normal.

I get that every year from the start of hayfever season till the end not pleasant but nothing to worry about apparently.
Infections are usually greenish.
Do you smoke?

it's just phlegm. Probably a bit thicker than normal due to the dry weather / pollen / dust.

Yep normal, given you cold and the increase in temp and pollen.
