I can't read this pregnancy test

Please can someone read this pregnancy test for me? I'm hoping I'm not pregnant but missed a pill in the month and had to take two. Just had a light period so terrified it was implantation. 😭
Reading on the internet and I can't determine what the reading is

Why are you looking on the internet?
Read the instructions on the box?
Also ones like this often have + = pregnant- = not pregnant.

And no there was 2 in the pack and I binned the pack and just put the tests in a box with other personal bits x
