I have pcos so really wasn't expecting anything to happen with out treatment as previous two I needed help to conceive. Was on waiting list for fertility clinic again
So taken by surprise Monday.
Lmp was 5/3 so would only be about 5/6 weeks depending on OV date.
Woke early ours with severe cramping. That stopped and now just started bleeding heavy I feel quite weak but not terrible just a heavy all over feeling. But not sure if that's doe to other stress at mo
I hadn't even rang to book a MW as was so early. I know nothing can be done but do I need to go to GP or only If sign of infection.

Sorry posted here. Just worried if I need go. I need to ring now for a HUB appointment as be too late for a normal one or let it pass.

Can you go to your local EPU? I had very heavy bleeding, went to A&E, admitted to gynae and turned out to be a haematoma...try not to worry to much and get seen asap. Good luck

Local epu is appointment only. I remember that with dd as I had cramping on one side but thankfully all OK had to wait about 5 days for that tho

I was 6 weeks and I had very heavy bleeding, I knew it was a miscarriage - no question it could be anything but. I did go to my GP because I didn’t know whether I should or not and there was nothing he did. He was lovely to chat to about it but I could have as easily not gone.
I had that heavy feeling too - it was strange before I started bleeding I had said to my DH that I just felt funny. I hope you’re ok Flowers

This happened to me, nearly exactly the same timeline. I knew from the amount of blood that I'd mc'ed, didn't bother going to the EPU. I was over visiting the in-laws so couldn't do much until I got home, by which stage the bleeding had lessened. I called the GP just to tell them and get it on my record (aware of the 3mc before they investigate thing), but they couldn't do anything really. I was told to keep an eye on the bleeding and do another test in a week, and if it was positive to get in touch. It wasn't, so that was pretty much the end of it.

So sorry OP Thanks

Thank you. It doesn't feel any different to a heavy painful period. Good to know the heavy feeling could be related. Like say we've had other stuff going on so wasn't sure if that and my emotions being too much.
If need be I'll ring out of hours the weekend..
Does the bleeding last longer than a period?
