I want to scatter seeds in a communal grass covered garden so it looks lovely and flowery over the years to come. Can anyone advise what seeds are self reliant and prolific. Weedy types are fine.

Um.... does it get mowed? Because no flowers will survive that. Also, very few flowers will grow while the grass is still there. Wild flowers generally need poor soil and no competition.
