To ask if anyone could review my Civil Service HEO job application, please?

I currently work as an executive officer (EO) in the Civil Service, and am applying for a Civil Service role at higher executive officer (HEO) level.

(For background, HEO is a middle management grade, as far as I’m aware, although the specifics of each HEO role depends on the specific management structures of each government department. Please do correct me if I’m wrong but, from my experience, this seems to be the first grade where employees start having experience of line-managing colleagues and taking on management-related tasks, for example).

I’d just like to ask if anyone may be able to have a quick look over my application, please? I’d be hugely grateful! :)
