After caring for family....

My own mental health is so precious and fragile, I have to take care of it every day. I make sure I sleep, make art, go outside, reduce stress
That might seem selfish, but if I can take care of myself, I can take care of everyone else

Just the simple desire to feel I've done my best, even if things don't go according to plan you can get a lot of comfort from feeling you've done your best.

Having said that a lot of the time I'm a 'good enough' sort of girl e.g with housework.
