To ask whether anyone can tell me ......

whether or not this is a William Morris fabric? I bought it as a bargain in a charity shop but the style is very similar and I absolutely love it. I'm using it to make curtains so obviously it doesn't really matter, but my daughter insists that it is, but I am unsure. It doesn't really matter but it would be nice to know.

It would usually say 'Morris & Co' along the selvedge if it is.

Definitely in the style of, though I can't say I've seen that design before. Have you tried doing a google reverse image search? You might find out for sure that way. & if it is & you have the shelve edge, as above it will tell you there with Morris & Co.

The large clumpy green leaves and peacock-tail shaped flowers seem out of character for a William Morris design. I could be wrong though!

Is it a roll of fabric? As other posters have said, see if there's a selvedge.

I can't wait to get started though, I know it's slightly clumsily designed but I think it definitely borrows heavily from the style and for £10 it's an absolute bargain.
