Need to give myself a kick up the bum

So, life has been rubbish and I have been generally low. Just feel like I'm failing at everything.
I need to get some motivation to sort my life out. Starting with the state of the house, getting myself together to leave my marriage and move house again. To start finding more friends to get my career back on track. Yo loose weight.
Any tips or advice, I Used to be so together and organized!!

Read 'The power of now'

Watch some Marie Kondo videos

And read this

Good luck

Little and often things with time limits help you feel like you can get more stuff done.

So I will spend 20mins on getting paperwork together

15 mins to get washing/dishwashing/cleaning sorted then stop

30mins to sit and drink a cup of tea while looking at healthy recipes to try the follow week.

Breaking things down might seem like it's making the list of things to do longer but it's actually making it smaller easier to achieve blocks.

I think it can be overwhelming to think about it all at once. Can you try concentrate on one thing at a time, and even then, only small steps so it doesn’t seem like such a big daunting presence?
The house one might be a good one to start with, you could aim for a room at a time. And maybe join a club or something to meet new people, which might help build up your confidence to leave your marriage?
