To be a bit worried, DH thinks I am

My DS ate a big bowl of beetroot 5 or 6 days ago and as expected had pink wee and poo.

His wee still has a very slight pink tinge though and his poo still looks pink/red?!

It’s been nearly a week!!

Does he not poo much? Drinking plenty?

What exactly are you worried about?

That the beetroot isnt moving through his system quickly enough?

Or something else?

That’s it’s not moving quick enough I guess?
He drinks enough and is fairly ‘regular’.
I have never heard of anyone having very wee/poop more than a day or so hence why I am a bit concerned
