To shout I’m bloody ill that’s why

Today I have had to come home from work as I have been sick everywhere but I know it will be 20 questions about why I didn’t suck it up especially as I am unlikely to be in tomorrow, how bad would it be to shout I was Ill that’s why I was off ?

Long story short I have ME/CFS, POTS, Anemia and Endometrios but never taken seriously even when letters provided from hospital and often had it said to me oh so and so aren’t in they have fibromyalgia so you know it’s hard for them to work and I just stare at them open mouthed like yeah I know.

Sod them. Or do just what you said....shout it loudly if no-one is listening to you! You're I'll, people are ignorant, inform them very firmly or just ignore them. Sorry you feel so rough xxx

Thanks I feel a little better due to laying down which I can’t do at work.

Maybe I will think idiot and think shouting at them but not say it out loud for risk of being fired

Ask for a pay rise since you are obviously so indispensable in your role that they can't manage without you for the day even when you are vomiting badly.
