Sorry, I'm so miserable I normally hate these posts but I am fed up.
Cold for 10 days,felt really lousy on my chest particularly as I had asthma so had a docs appointment on Wednesday. Just viral, oxygen levels fine, no wheeze so sent home with another inhaler.
I'm still feeling chesty which is fine but now my sinuses are killing me on one side of face. Don't think it needs antibiotics although there is a small infection there but it's properly hurting all concentrated on my cheek. Pharmacist recommended cocodamol, steam with menthol and to go to the doctors. Her advice was "You don't want to mess about you might need steroids"
But no doctor has ever given me steroids for sinuses. But it still fucking hurts. I would bloody hate to drive an hour and wait for an hour to be told to bugger off and rest.
I am tempted to ask someone for a smack in the face instead.
Any suggestions?
