Hello hive,
I need to put a scene in a novel between a psychiatrist and a youngish girl in the fifties in London. I'm trying to make it an unsuccessful exchange between the doctor and the fiesty, if confused girl.
I wonder if any of you brilliant minds can think of books I can refer to for anecdotal background info...or case studies?
I've trawled the www and can't easily find anything.
And/or if anyone had any idea whether all psychiatrists post war would be men?
