To find the Expedia advert weird and annoying

The one with the mum and son in Venice, enjoying a holiday together. The voice over is supposed to be the boy in the advert talking about how him and his mum love to read adventure stories, but on this adventure they get to be the heroes, blah, blah, blah. The boy in the advert looks about 9. The voice over sounds about 25?! It's weird and annoying. I don't really know why I feel the need to start a thread about it, but I've got no one in the room to slag it off to, so here I am

I feel disappointed in myself for not knowing about this one - I love to moan about a bad ad! Currently get angry everytime the pizza ristorante one comes on - WHY IS HE HUMMING IN HER EAR???

Off to find the expedia ad and see how much that bugs me

It’s the WHISTLING that does my head in!! Lots of adverts have inane WHISTLING in them!! Listen for it now and see if it annoys you.

PrincessConsuelaBananahamm0ck. Yes! You are not alone. Thought the same first time I saw it and it's annoyed me ever since. Ridiculous mismatch. But... tonight (8th March Channel 4) I think they've changed the voice. Either that or my ears have gone funny. You must have such influence!!

I agree that they've changed the voice, but no-one here seems to believe me. The original voice sounded like Daniel Radcliffe, it does now sound like a 9 year old boy!
