I'm using mobile app... I don't understand why people name change?
Can you click on the name and see previous threads or something?
How do people know if someone if a first time user or if they are a troll?

yes, you have 98 posts under this name. You can use search function on any name, word etc

People usually check previous threads to see if a poster is genuine or if an op refers to their previous threads. posters name change because they want to stay anonymous and some newspapers publish threads instead of employing talented and imaginative staff.
