Yes I know it's February
But I am fat and pregnant and can barely reach to tie my laces
I want to go to the shop to buy chocolate
Should I wear my flip flops?
Or slippers??

Flip flops all the way. I've been wearing them all weekend and I'm not pregnant but I am a bit fat

Forgot how much they rub after a break. D'oh!

Wear whatever you like. Flipflops or steel toecaps. February or July, wear whatever you're comfortable in. Congrats on pregnancy btw.

I have burnt my foot so i think I’ll be in them tomorrow. Sad

I wore fit flops when heavily pregnant for the full month of December for my puffed up feet !

Papillon45 · 25/02/2019 21:48

If you are pregnant and hot with swollen feet you can wear flip flops in any month 😁

Slippers should be kept for the privacy of your own home, and for hospitals.

What's wrong with flip flops? You wear what you are comfortable with. It has been an unusually hot (and beautiful) February anyway, but even if others thought it was freezing, you can still wear what you want.

I have worn sunglasses in the rain in winter, couldn't give a hoot what people think. Most folks don't remove their non-tinted glasses, why should I remove my tinted ones.

It's always funny to see tourists in hot country with summer clothes when the locals have started to layer up because they feel a bit of a breeze. It's fine though!
