Just seen year 2 episode 1 and feel it's been badly made.
It was good in describing the lives of the 3 boys and challenges they face especially one boy who realised he was gay and had to deal with coming out.
But was very confused about Jamarley . They showed him getting his GCSE results and he was so pleased to achieve his target of an A / 7 in new system ; his favourite subject. But they totally failed to explain why he only got three results back. Assume he was sitting three a year early ? All uk kids have to take English & Maths. So were these to come? I thought the new GCSEs had stopped schools doing them at different times; and now yr 11's sit all their exams in one go at the end of year 11. Have I missed something?
