Posting here for traffic.
Child threw up all over above car seat, have washed it as per label and given it two extra spins. It's currently over the radiator. Now for the problem, I need it dry for 0800 tomorrow to take her to nursery. The label says no tumble drying. Has anyone risked popping it in the dryer? Help! TIA

Leave it on the radiator, then put a towel between her and the car seat tomorrow?

Jackreacherswife · 21/02/2019 19:08

Ooo ooo that could work! I was too busy panicking to be logical.

They can dry pretty quickly.

If it doesn't dry well, just ditch it and get a better seat.

Yes plastic bag and towel.
But if she's been sick can she go to nursery tomorrow?

Toadsrevisited · 21/02/2019 19:20

Hairdryer on cool?
But, as pp said, should dc go if theyve been sick?

foreverderbyshire · 21/02/2019 20:15

If she's been sick she shouldn't be going to nursery tomorrow. Sorry, OP!

Sorry I didn't make it very clear. Child sick in my daughter's seat was my niece who I had to pick up early from her nursery as she had been sick. The child using the seat tomorrow will be my daughter who hasn't been sick nor in contact with the cousin who has.
