DF is staying at a relation's house approx 30 mins from where I live. Last night after visiting me and the kids he got back to the house at about 9pm to discover he'd left his keys inside.
So he and his partner drove 100 miles back to their home, slept, and drove 100 miles back this morning, breaking in to retrieve the key.
AIBU to think my DF is batshit? Why didn't he call me - I have a spare bed! Why didn't he call his DSis, who lives nearby?!
