Recently there has been a big problem in the area where I live with people fly tipping . The local police and council have really cracked down on this (which is great) and have said any vehicles seized in connection with this awful act will be destroyed.
This is where my problem lies. So the police have taken the vans off the offenders (great) but then crushed them (not so great)
To me this is a huge waste when they could have been sold very cheaply to help people tryting to get on their feet and start their own businesses.
