Honestly . My daughter is moving today . Only 2 in the chain and yet after 3 attempts to exchange last week which failed because one of the solicitors kept discovering things they had missed , they had to exchange and complete on the same day . Then the funds got delayed so they were late loading and the removal company are threatening not to unload and charge more as it’s taken too long . Even though they quoted without visiting the house . This is after it taking over three months to even get to exchange . 2 in the chain . Why does it have to be so difficult.
