To ask what positive changes have you made for yourself recently?

I have name changed as anyone who knows me would definitely recognise me as I've been asking everyone this. I want to pick up some ideas!

I have stopped drinking copious amounts of diet coke as I read an article about how it is linked to heart attacks. (I usually drank at least 3 cans a day) I am having headaches from going cold turkey so suddenly but, I feel better.

I have started doing a deep exfoliate and 'shaving' my face once a week all over to get rid of dead skin and baby hairs. My makeup and products sink in so much better.

I have stopped contact with a malicious Aunt who I had to deal with right up until the end of last year. I have blocked her on anything and everything and she doesn't have my new address. It's improved my life ten fold.

I lost 12 pounds through calorie counting. I have never looked better and I can finally wear all my lovely clothes again!

I also bought myself some high strength vitamin D and although it hasn't arrived from Amazon yet I am excited for the changes I have seen other people report!

Ive lost weight aswell and ive also cut out fizzy drinks as I was slightly addicted to them! drank them daily so im proud of myself for stopping. (it was my teeth I was concerned about)

I have changed my hair style
Lost weight
Bought new clothes and shoes
Cut out fizzy drinks and a lot of chocolate
I have changed my attitude towards certain people. I dont have to put up with a lot of nasty stuff.
I have lots of other things to do to change myself and my surroundings so that I am at ease when at home.
It is on going work
