Leave reviews on Amazon for things they haven't used or answer questions they don't know the answer too.
Why? How is this helpful?

Because Amazon sends reminders for reviews and feedbacj, so buyer responds.

It annoys me more when buyers leave feedback for the seller in the product review like " fast delivery, would use again" rather ggancpmmebt on the product itself.

Because they want to be the first to post and get their posting rating up

xsquared · 16/02/2019 12:29

Oh dear, it should have been "than comment" in the last line.

It’s because the previous buyers get email notifications saying ‘reply to this question’, and they do.
Or, ‘don’t forget to leave feedback on your recent purchase!’ (Which come through even before the item has been delivered sometimes) but people read it as a command, not a request.

Sometimes, Amazon send me an email with a question on a product I've bought.
It looks like a personal question, and not just a general question to everyone. I think that's the problem, some of these people get the email and feel they have to answer the question. And, the more you answer, the more emails you get.
So, granny who buys all her grandkids presents on Amazon feels like she's got to answer all the questions. But she doesn't know the answers, so tells you so.
Its a pain in the arse, especially if you want a sensible answer to a question, and not "I don't know, I bought it for my grandson in Chester, can you ask his mum instead?" Which is an a actual answer to a question I asked...

White 😂🤣😂

TitsalinaBumSquash · 16/02/2019 12:37

This is my number one petty rage making thing.

Q. Does this thing come with x/y/z
A. I don't know, I bought if for a friend and had it sent straight to them.

THEN WHY ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTION CAPTAIN USLESS! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

It's not hard to ignore the emails from amazon, it's really not.

RainbowWaffles · 16/02/2019 12:40

Also baffled by this. You see it all the time and on here too. People aren’t interested in the negative, they just want some bloody information. Who has the time and energy to go round answering all the questions they don’t have the answer to?!

The comments are quite often made by not particularly tech savvy people though (who leave their full name in a review, and probably their home town too)
