As title really feeling very nauseous and have dry heaved (I just won’t let it happen) also have diarrhoea. Not sure if a bug or a side effect of antibiotics. Anyone recommend any anti emetics I can get my husband to get, I’m absolutely terrified.

Poor you :(

Lots of fluids, rest and distract yourself. Deep breathing if you feel sick.

As for over-the-counter anti-emetics, Phenergan (promethazine) works for me, I had it for morning sickness. Can make you very very drowsy though.
It’s used for travel sickness.

Suck mints very slowly. It seems to help me. I'll do anything rather than be sick.

Buccastem- you put them between your gum and lip so no risk of vomiting them back pain up. Take a while to work but effective.

He’s managed to get some of the buccastem. Having a go with just one tablet for the moment. Hoping to get a settled stomach and some rest. My lovely friends have sorted my horse for me, hoping to be back in action later for bedtime, kills me not seeing her.
