So a few weeks ago my DP and 2 DSs (4 and 8) were returning from Norfolk and got stuck in a 3hr traffic jam due to an accident on the M25 clockwise before the Dartford crossing. No cars moving, everybody coming out of their cars. Traffic on both clockwise and anticlockwise sections affected by accident so there were no cars at all in anticlockwise lanes.
My boys decided they needed a wee so we let them out to do a wee. While helping my 4 year old, I told my 8 yr old to stretch his legs and just stand next to the car near the central reservation barrier. I then noticed that they'd started letting a few cars through in the anticlockwise lanes which were going at fair speeds. I turn to tell my 8 year old to get in the car now and the little shit has climbed over the barrier and is in the central reservation flossing!!! Honestly! Who does that?? Suffice to say he lost the grin and the floss as soon as he heard my Dp and I shouting at him to get back in the blooming car and don't ever floss on the motorway again!!
