Nannies and sick children

This isn't really a thread about a thread as totally different to what it was about. But within a certain thread I saw lots of people saying that nannies won't look after sick children.

I just feel the need to clear up that nannies DO look after sick children and if your nanny doesn't then that isn't the norm!

I can understand why nurseries/ childminders don't look after them because they have other mindees. But nannies will look after sick children. It is one of the many benefits of using a nanny as a form of childcare, especially when you have more than 1 child as it becomes more cost effective. I hope this may help some people who may have children who are often sick and can't attend nursery.
