I'm not sure if one even exists.

... to put across just how crazy life is, how it never stops moving, how everything is temporary, how there's always something good round the corner, how when you think you won't find something good again you always do.

If that makes sense! I can't find a work to sum it all up. Is there even one that comes close?

Something like light at the end of the tunnel?

Or rainbow after the storm?

Not sure you can sum up all that in one word really but life is transient. That's means temporary/short lived etc
