I’ve been doing Slimming World for 2 months now and have been consistently losing 1.5-2lbs every week. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight off my face and my double chin initially reduced quite a lot, but the past couple of weeks it seems to have gotten bigger. Wtf is going on? I’m still losing weight and it appears to be fat, not loose skin. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to try and reduce this? Are there any exercises I can do? TIA x
