My BF texted me this morning warning me he has mild upset stomach. I saw him yesterday, so there's a good chance I'm already infected, and he's still keen to see me, but we're going on holiday next week so I'm not sure whether it's better if I just steer clear and cancel? (Feel like a bit of a selfish cow saying that though - especially as it's only mild. He is prone to these upsets as well)
