I have just read this, and apart from it being from the Sun (who seems to like making stories up) I think its legit.

Does it not seem abu? IF the way they have written it is what happened of course.

What do you think is unreasonable?

As the story says, having sexual relations with a girl under 13 is a strict liability offence. In any event, I have great difficulty in believing that a man would not notice a 12 year old girl would most likely be under the age of consent. Yes, some older 12 year olds may pass for a bit older at a glance. I imagine spending an evening talking to them would no doubt give rise to suspicion. I have never spoken to a 12 year old that I would confuse for an older teen.
