Just a quick one really....
Im a female in a samesex relationship looking at ttc via reciprical ivf.
However im never sure which board i fit in to!

The lgbt board is pretty dead as is the assisted conception

The conception board doesn't quite fit because for us its not a case of trying over a couple of months etc.

As im looking at undergoing ivf procedures complete with the side effects, and more controlled aspect the infertility board has lots of relevant posts. However i feel a bit of a fraud posting on it (just on the ivf threads mostly) without the difficulties that others have faced.

Would i be a CF to post there?

Donor conception has quite a few same sex couples but you can post wherever you like!

I am also in a same sex relationship and have a baby conceived via IVF (donor sperm)-happy to answer any questions if that would help Smile

Tookal I'm in the same position! Where have you found? I've posted a few times but barely any replies!

I was welcomed on conception boards and was quite happily posting there. Not sure why you feel you need to segregate yourself.

Go join Brighton Rainbow Families - you’ll find them on facebook. 100’s of LGBT families with every variation you can think of and every method tried and tested! Open friendly grp and there’s an offshoot for TTC

I'd say conception; I've been on threads with lesbian couples ttc, it's still the same journey.
