I’ve had a good few months of continual stomach bugs, colds, migraines etc, it seems to just always be something
I feel so exhausted and run down all the time, I could literally lie down and sleep at any point in time and I have a near constant headache and stomach ache, it’s really starting to get to me
Ironically this all started around the time I attempted to start gaining weight - that was supposed to make me start feeling better!
Does anyone have any tips for me, anything I could eat/drink/take that will make me feel a bit better? Anything at all?
