To ask you about your lovely bottom?

If your pert and round bum is a naturally occurring wonder, I’m happy for you. Truly.

But if you’ve gone from having a pancake posterior to a peachy posterior what have you done to make it so?

Is it a matter of doing eleventy million lunges a day?

There's only so much you can do with diet and exercise.

It isn't just lunges. It's a whole program involving weights and lifestyle.

I am definitely not in possession of a lovely bottom at the present time, but have been in the past (jn my opinion!).

I was doing a lot of running, yoga, weights, and was a little lighter than I am now, although (crucially I think) not the slimmest I've ever been. I think you need a bit of muscle for a good shape. There's no point aiming to replicate what someone else has, cos a lot of body shape is going to be down to your genes, but you can focus on improving what you have.

In the interests of full disclosure, I was never totally devoid of cellulite, but got complimented on my bottom a lot (ah, memories).
