Hi, husband has noticed a mark on my breast this morning that im certain wasnt there yesterday. Made the mistake of googling it and now I feel sick. Am booking in with the GP today but just need some advice/reassurance in the meantime please.

A mark or a lump?
If it wasn't there yesterday could it be a graze, bruise or you've caught it on something?
Does it hurt?

sunshine99789 · 05/02/2019 06:27

No, it doesnt hurt, i didnt even know it was there till my husband pointed it out. My boobs are always sore so cant really go off that and i have always had lumpy breasts. Freaking out so bad.

I had something like this quite recently and it was basically just a spot (it came to a head after a few days like a facial spot). Sensible to get it checked but hopefully it’s just something straightforward like that. Hope you’re ok and you get some reassurance from the doc soon Flowers

GreenandBlueButterfly · 05/02/2019 06:35

I had similar recently. After a few investigations I was told it was an age spotHmm

Have it checked but it's probably nothing

I get these they come to a head after a few days

WhenLifeGivesYouLemonsx · 05/02/2019 06:56

Just a spot. I get these all the time on my boob area, especially when I have a very hot shower.

Looks like an insect bite. But if your concerned then seeing the dr is the best option

Gudgyx · 05/02/2019 07:14

Yeah I get these a lot too. Turn into boils, they get sore and ugly before they go away, nothing to worry about though! But check with GP if you’re worried.

I still have a pic of my last one actually. It started out like yours and ended up like this

sunshine99789 · 05/02/2019 07:21

Thank you for all the reassurance....slightly calmer now! Still going to book in with the GP just to be sure x
