Please help me - libido related

I am 44

I have a Mirena coil.

I met my husband 10 yrs ago. When we first met we shagged constantly.

I get that might go but recently my libido has totally gone.

Wise people please tell me what to do? Am I menopausal?

I'd expect libido to change in 10yrs yes. And could be hormone related. We're in the opposite predicament, I'm 34 and husband 42, our libido's have recently switched from me being low/him high since having kids etc. It's a pain in the arse, I'd rather go back to no libido, at least I thought about other things and was more productive, any ideas to switch it off again would be appreciated 😂

You may very well be premenopausal. Perhaps you should look into HRT. It has been a game changer for me.
