Baby carriers in the snow

Live in the NE
Have had a fair bit of snow but there is ice I suspect too

H wants to take the oldest two for a walk which is fine but he wants to put baby in the carrier. I’m reluctant.

Fully prepared to be told I’m being a twat but I’m not sure I am comfortable in case H falls or slips. Plus he can’t carry he middle one if she gets tired and whingey which she frequently does

So am I being annoying / unreasonable or not?

I think I would say no. Three is a lot to handle in snow!

Yanbu I wouldn’t be happy with that either. It might be over the top but ice/snow increases the risk of falling by a fair old bit - enough for me to not do it. It’s just not worth it even though the biggest risk is probably to your dh, I imagine he would instinctively try and protect the baby which leaves him open to injuries.

Plus the older child might need him to be physically quick if they lose their balance.

Is pushchair an option? That's what I would go for.

Nope babys in slings are too risky in snow.
Last winter i dragged the buggy out to go 100yds to school bus stop with eldest child. I took logic if I fell at least LO was safe.

I see your point, I wouldn't like it either.
