Attached a picture of this article I've just seen (I've been informed I'm late to the table on this one as it went out years ago...)

I'm in such a romantic mood tonight and it warmed my heart. Does anyone have any stories on the same vine? A weird occurrence like this or even just a fate kind of story?

I was given my great grandmother’s engagement ring - it’s a very unusual design (I’d never seen another like it in terms of shape). It had her and my great grandfather’s initials and the date of their wedding engraved on the inside of the band.

When my DH proposed to me, he gave me his great grandmother’s engagement ring. Which is THE EXACT SAME DESIGN. And lo and behold, his grandparents’ initials and wedding date are engraved on the inside of the band, and they got married on the same day as mine.

Ha ha, no way! I met my DH through OLD, he got me up the duff accidentally a few months later when we were on the verge of splitting up and 13 years later, we have two DCs and are as happy as Larry together. I don't think anybody will be writing an article about our love story...

I knew my DP in year 7&8 at school but moved away..
When I moved back at 17 years old I got back in touch with friends, one night some underage drinking was occurring and we needed someone to drive to the shop, a friend had DPs number, so he was the person called.
We started chatting, 6 months later we fell pregnant (accidentally)
Nearly 11 years later we have 2DC and another on the way, very much in love and fancy him as much as I did when we were 17 and he pulled up in his mums Ford Focus :)

There was a couple who were looking through his family photos and she spotted herself in the background. Beach in Cornwall I think.
