To ask for help with Alexa and iTunes

Omg can anyone please help.

I've been sat here for two hours trying to get Alexa to connect to iTunes.

I just can't get it to work.

It won't come up on my settings in my iPhone when I try to pair by I think it's already paired I'm totally mixed up now.

It info in the Alexa app the music isn't there so it can't be paired.

Can anyone help me please?

Then once I have it paired why do I say to Alexa to get it to play?

I'm sure this won't be my only problem as next I have to figure out how to make them broadcast messages 

I don’t think Alexa works with Apple Music yet in the UK. The service was rolled out to work with Apple Music is the US in December. Don’t think it’s been announced as coming to the Uk yet.

I've paired my phone!

It will play if I play the music on my phone but no idea how to get it to do it' by voice!

I'm a Google home person but I'm guessing you mean you want to connect by bluetooth to your phone with a voice command?

You can't do it by voice. It effectively becomes a Bluetooth speaker when you pair it with your phone to play music from iTunes.

It works with Spotify tho

Doesnt work with itunes but can with Apple Music.
