She's given a woman wanting to leave her husband some 1950s housewife advice. She seems so out of touch!

Is she still on it? I honestly thougt she had died!

God knows, she's awful!

Are you talking about the woman who wasn't sure whether she wanted to leave her DH or not? He was depressed but not getting help and they weren't happy?

Dierdre recommended that if her DH refused counselling then she should go on her own to work out what she really wanted to do; stay or go. I don't think it was bad advice. The woman said she was worried financially because she's not working so I don't necessarily think Dierdre should have said LTB when the woman needed to work out how she'd manage first.

That said, it's bloody annoying when she always recommends contacting associations and charities. I don't know why it annoys me so much!
