It's clear here in Essex but the moon is neither super nor blood red!

Just cleared up here. Bit of a chunk out of the side of the moon so far

Thanks for the reminder! Just had a look outside and I can see it well. It doesn't look much bigger than normal but is definitely red.

Beautiful clear sky here...shame about quality of my photo, but well worth getting up to see...the moon was beautiful and so many stars visible tonight (N Wales)

@orangeapple1 i could see it at 0430 - clear skies then the cloud came in right as the moon was fully covered. If I'd gotten up at 0500 like I was planning, I'd have missed it! Can't even see it re-emerging now
