I complained to a clothing company about a non delivery and the email reply started “Thank you for reaching out to us.”

No, I didn’t. I simply asked where my items were and I told them so. Mind you, the stuff is shipped from America, so that’s probably why.

It’s a phrase only used by utter utter bellends.

I thought it was firmly confined to the realms of business admin where people strive to make their boring work sound more interesting and significant than it is.
