I have very limited maternity leave left. I have to go back in 3 months when DS is 5 months old. I've been going to a sensory room which he loves but want to do more, different sensory activities with him. Anyone any ideas?

Swimming is good fun with little ones.
Maybe go to soft play when it's really quiet on a week day and mess about in the ball pool, lots of them have bits for babies and it's often free when they are that young.

Otherwise, blow bubbles, get some space blanket (very cheap from eBay/amazon but great to crinkle).
Coloured lights are generally a hit at that age too.

Is there any reason why you're looking for sensory activities and not just activities?

Download the Hoop app - it should tell you about all sorts of activities happening near where you live.
